Eating "light" is not the same thing as eating "right." And there's a difference between "exercising" and "training." With both diet and exercise, you need a template, you need a plan and you need a goal.

Below you'll see a 21 day journey that I took in order to demonstrate how "Loose Cannon Fitness" and a strategic diet can make a difference in less than a month.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I taught an LCF class. Just like the audio version, there's a pace and a perscribed number of reps, the result being an exceptional sweat fest
  • I had one free meal every week
  • I incorporated an ebar every day into my diet. They've got several products, but I went with the FIT bar and it was a dietary highlight of my day
  • the "week of a 1000 pullups" is doing 200 pullups every day, Monday through Friday
  • I'm using the Accountability Machine to track my diet and exercise along with myfitnesspal. You plan what you're doing before the day starts with the Accountability Machine and using MyFitnessPal to confirm the number of calories you're taking in

The bottom line is that you CAN do this! It's not about how you're not, you don't, can't and you won't. You are, you can, you will and you do!

Don't feel like you have to spend a lot of money on a resource that requires a DVD or a computer monitor...

Don't be tied to a plan that leaves you without any variety after 90 days...

Don't feel like you have to have access to a gym or an extensive collection of equipment to experience an exceptional workout...
